The leasing professional was very knowledgeable and seemed to like what she does for a living. She was quick to engage in natural conversation and was more than proud of the community and company she worked for. I was left feeling like the community was a unique place that would be a special place to live.

What a great place to call home. The grounds and facilities are kept clean the pool area was lovely. A beautiful neighborhood with scenic views and nature trails.

I would recommend these apartments because it is very quite here, you live in Austin but because of this location, you feel like you're away from the city life. The office staff are very nice, the grounds are well kept. The maintenance staff are very nice and respond in a timely manner. It is a small apartment community which I really like.

This is the best apartment I've ever leased in my lifetime. I would qualify this as my first real "home." Staff is excellent, caring, and are always willing to listen and help me to the best of their ability.

The parking is ridiculous. Having guests have to park a mile away to visit is awful. It does not really foster an environment that is a community and a place someone can call home. Beyond that it is a nice place to live, and the property is well maintained.

The community was very well maintained and seemed more modern than its age. The exterior of the community looked new. The office was decorated perfectly and seemed modern. The community amenities were very nice. The views were incredible.

The community had decent pricing for beautiful townhome like apartments. The apartment features and finishes appeared to be of high quality and the views were amazing. I could see myself living there.

The community was in a beautiful area and had amazing views. I thought the apartments themselves were really nice but the amenities were lacking and very outdated. There was no value or rapport built to make the tour enjoyable. I did not hear anything about the management company.
Thank you for giving me this valuable feed back. I want to mention that CWS Apartment Homes is an amazing property management company. We are a values based company and have some amazing guarantees for our residents such as a 24 hour Maintenance Guarantee and a 30 Day No Fault Guarantee. We are looking into replacing our fitness equipment in 2018, and must tell you that even though the equipment is a little bit older it is all in working order. I am so sorry that you felt that there was little rapport built between you and the leasing consultant. That is an opportunity for development and I am thankful to have gotten you honest feed back. I hope that you will return to tour with us one day. We will work towards improving those items you have brought to my attention.

Our homes on the first floor do come with plank flooring in all rooms. Sometimes there is carpet in the bedrooms. If you are interested, we do allow onsite transfers. This community was perfect for those who are looking to stay close to downtown, but want to feel like they live in a more rural and wooded area. The proximity of both the Green Belt and downtown was very appealing. The buildings were brick and beautiful and the maintenance was flawless.
