I love living in the Marquis at Treetops. Now with that being said, I do feel as though I am isolated inside my apartment due to the pool rules not being enforced. The pool has groups of people that are obviously not members of the complex. I have never seen the rules of two guests per member being enforced. Therefore the community agreement in the lease is being broken. Guests upon guests seem to be coming in whenever they please to use the UNLOCKED pool by typing in the gate code. There are multiple kid birthday parties inside the pool area. On Sundays when the office is closed "guests" using the pool will park in the handicap parking without a permit. And we as members have to pay for the unlocked public pool. It's frustrating when we are paying premium prices for a private pool.

I love my apartment and this community. Everyone here is great , very helpful and always honor any requests in a polite and efficient manner.

I feel safe here. It's clean and well kept property.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, the office and the pool area was very neat and clean, I liked the part where there was four grills so there is no waiting needed in case you want to grill, the complex was quiet and clean. I would be happy to move here and call it home.

Would not recommend to anyone interested in fitness or business center facilities; should consider class fitness activities like competitors offer and of course better equipment. We joined a gym; Lucas had told us before leasing that fitness center was going to be upgraded with newer equipment but it did not happen. We tell everyone who asks about this.

It feels very safe. I like that.

Plus: The apartment units themselves are very nice, good sized, well appointed, and in good condition. Plus: Reasonably good place for pets, and the big play field is an asset. Minus: The parking situation (like most complexes) is challenging -- too many cars competing for too few (convenient) spaces -- only 20% of apts have no assigned parking, which is somewhat discriminatory. Minus: There is no sense of "community," just a nice place for individuals to come and go. The outdoor pool and gym are fine, but that's all there is. The hot tub/whirlpool was initially a drawing card for me, but that turned out to be a bust; it has worked poorly and was then opened up to the outside year round.

The community had recycling, a club house and valet trash service.

I would absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone that wanted to live in a nice apartment complex surrounded by very nice homes, great access to nature. However traffic is sickening, I don't recommend any one live in Austin.

The community sat on top of one of the city's wooded hills and featured beautiful scenery and wildlife. The office, apartments and amenities were impressive and updated. The customer service was thorough and personalized.

Love being here. Neighbors above are a little noisy at night, but it is to be expected in an apartment. Maintenance is top notch. Fixed a flooding issue, though third party carpet repair did not do a complete job.

I already have related to a few of my friends the Positive Experience, We have had since living here.

The community had the most spectacular views from an apartment that I have ever seen.
