there is nothing you can do about the parking situation unless you do reserved spaces. alot of tenants have frequent guests so it is frustrating for all.
We understand your frustration about the parking here at Great Hills. We have detached garages available for rent and our two story garage that you may utilize at no additional cost. If your working hours vary, we can look into getting a garage closer to your home. In regards to parking stickers with reserved parking spots, this would be a service we would love to able to provide. However the feedback we’ve gotten from our residents has been that this is something they would not want to partake in. We are looking to setting aside a parking area for guests. We hope this will help.

I thought the leasing agent was very good and very personable. I would have liked to have heard more about the location and its neighborhood amenities. As for the property, there were definitely nice features in the apartments like crown molding, two dining areas, and very spacious bedrooms, an amazing master bath.

We have recently experienced loud upstairs neighbors. Their or their dogs footsteps are heard hours at a time.

We feel it's turned into a party facility.
I agree 100%. Tons of screaming college/mid-twenties folks lately.
Who don't know what dumpsters are for.

We do not allow parties at the pool or within our community that disturb other residents. If this does happen please feel free to contact our courtesy officer by calling 512-418-3400, press option #4. Please let us know when you are being disturbed, we will take immediate action. We work very closely with both Top Gun Security and our courtesy officer by getting daily reports of all activity within the community.

There are better similarly priced options nearby.
Our company and the Great Hills staff strive for the best possible customer service. The monthly rental rates are affected by the area market. We are very competitive with the market. You are valued and we would love for you to let us know what we can do specifically to serve you better. We have also added many improvements to your community. We hope you have been able to utilize all the amenities available here at Marquis at Great Hills. Last year we built our new clubroom, fitness center, business center and great room. New pool furniture, grills, landscaping thought out the community has been added this year. We have other improvements being done before the end of the year. I would like to have an opportunity to talk with you about any issues you may have. I left you a voice mail and look forward to speaking with you soon.

There aren't enough parking spaces anywhere near most buildincogs,especially if you don't drive a compact car. My car keeps getting dings from the tiny parking spaces. The other night my husband had to park in the back of the parking garage,located far back in community. Ridiculous to not have assigned parking or parking anywhere near our building.

I feel like living at this community would be a dream come true. I was very impressed with the tour of the property, especially the pool area. The management company obviously cares about the comfort of their residents, and the staff seems to be happy as well.

The great staff, the condition and maintenance of the property, the location near the stores we frequent, and the openness of the floorplan we're in among other things. The only thing I'd warn someone about is the parking situation and that they better brace for $125 if you don't want to walk half a mile from the garage if they're on our side of the complex.
