I have recommeded it.. But people do not like the parking by my apartment and the cost.

The noise carries much louder through the walls and especially the ceiling than any apartment I have lived in before. The dog upstairs howling or running around has actually caused guests to leave my apartment. Other than the noise which causes me to be hyper uncomfortable about my own day to day noise, this has been a positive apartment experience. The pool is also lovely and I like living next to the covered garage.

PARKING improvements needed. A gas/eletric grill would be awesome. Reduce the rent for the older (need some repairs) apartment.

The only comments I have received from friends and family that have visited is how the bathrooms and kitchens are very outdated.

absolutely 10000% not. if you got new office staff, maybe. if you updated, and didn't charge me 4.00 to pay my rent online...really, maybe. if i felt like my rent was reasonable, maybe. but i get none of these.

I would be much more likely to recommend this apartment complex to others if the parking situation improved.

Not happy at all with the parking spots. I honestly feel like my car will be dinged or hit at some point due to the small space.

All depends on the rent. Have talk to some of my friends but right now it's the rent but they like it.

It was everything that I would want. The space was great but the balcony was too small and it had no metal fence or anything? One could walk up to my back side door. Although there is a metal fence around the entire property, I didn't feel that it was really that secure because of being on the first floor too. Plenty of room for my furniture though and all of the amenities were modern and appeared fairly new.
