I would recommend my friends as I did before, but the skyrocketing rent might be not preferred for them because these days there're many of new apartments in north Austin and people may have more options to choose for the same rent. But, I am still recommending my friends to move here! :)

Rent is high. It goes on increasing every year. Like Banks, it gives no consideration to long time tenants.

Overall, we've enjoyed living here. The soundproofing could be better (the floors in particular are very... bouncy?), and there's a literal crack from door frame to the ceiling in our wall above our master bedroom door, presumably from settling. That said, the community managers and maintenance employees are very friendly, helpful, and responsive when called upon. I have no major complaints, especially compared to previous communities.

The community had a very resort type of feeling to it. It was well equipped and the updates had done a lot to preserve its appeal. The apartment seemed more like a home than an apartment and was very roomy.

1.Parking: outside of my building (bldg No 2) there is no parking space left for me if I come after 6:00 PM. this has been a long problem and I have had several problems in the past as well due to this problem.
2. Pet waste: many times I have seen the pet waste on my pathway. and it remains there for long time like a week etc. until either there is rain to clean it or due to the sprinkler water it gets removed. i know you have already given several warnings but it seems like this has not been taken properly.

Location is wonderful, pool is great, maintenance is great, noise because of upstairs remodel is my main complaint.

Located just between all the major shopping areas in Austin. Whole Foods, HEB, and tons of great food close, less than 10 minutes from everything in one of the best areas in Austin, and the drive to downtown from there was a breeze too. The leasing agent said there were one bedroom apartments to lease and pricing on those floor plans was an amazing value for the area.
Thank you for the kind review. We are located in such a great areas with a short walk to shopping and restaurants and I agree our large floor plans offer a great value.

Main downfall is the dog park can be really noisy sometimes early in the morning before 8 am which can be heard through the apartment walls .
