The location is unsurpassable and everything is kept clean and I love the gorgeous trees on the property and resort type pool. Every year there is an updating of various features of the property which keeps it current.

This is a fabulous looking property. The color scheme of cream with natural stone accent and black iron work very good. The community gives a sense of quiet luxury for a great price. During my visit, the on-site professional came off as going through the motions but perhaps was tired after a long day. The pool area is of resort quality with multiple water falls, tumbling architecture and crystal clear water.

Leasing is smug and unwilling to work with resident. I think you all are understaffed and its obvious. They don't even seem happy to be there.
I’m so sorry to hear you feel this way. We have had some short staffing so if there was a wait while you were in the office or if we came across in a negative way, we would like to apologize. We are very happy in our office. I would never want any resident to feel that they are not welcome in the office. I would love to talk to you further about your situation.

I could recommend it with caviats.
Even through home is where you make it, the word Home to me is someplace Warm, Comfortable and in a safe and secure environment. This to me and others that have lived here like someone else's real estate (Landlord) with no consideration or value to time-proven quality tenants. It feels more like if you could get more money from any other person for my "home" then you'll do it. I understand business and revenue, but there is no consideration for the relationship - only a renewal contract opportunity at subjective "market rates". That's not a homie feeling, homey.

Visitor Parking and Rent

Visitor parking continues to be an issue, there still isn't enough of them. They said that they started visitor parking for the residents in front, but I see residents parking in visitor parking ALL the time. The cars clearly have parking permits on them. Also, golf carts are also parked in resident or visitor parking and every time I have people over there is never a place to park. Management also said that cars will be checked if they're parked for more than 2 days, but there are cars that have been in the same visitor spot for more than a week!

Management is also late in posting rent/water bills, the due date are the 1st of every month with a grace period until the 3rd, but they won't post what you owe until the day of. How are you suppose to manage that? Like most vendors, should we be getting an invoice in advance?

The plus side, maintenance is awesome!
I apologize that you feel that parking still seems to be an issue on property. We have ample parking for visitors; with the majority of visitor parking being near Building 14. We have placed a few visitor parking spots throughout the property. We do have areas on property that do not have any parking issues. I truly believe that parking seems to have improved with the implementation of the parking permits. We have several employees that live on-site, that continue to help us monitor the parking permits along with the daily inspection by our towing company. Our company golf carts only park on property during the office hours and they are put up by the latest 6:30 pm. My team only parks in visitor parking near the Leasing Office during office hours. The golf carts are sometimes used during after-hours maintenance emergency calls. My team and our towing company closely monitor the vehicles parked in the visitor parking. My team and I receive daily and weekly updates regarding these vehicles. I will touch base with the towing company and check on the status of any vehicles that have not moved in the last week.

We manually post rent on the 1st of every on the month. This is done by 9:00 am. I apologize if this was not in a timely manner. We allow for a grace period of 3 days until late fees are posted. We send out monthly rent statements via email around the 15th of the prior month for upcoming charges. Your iResident portal will also provide you with the upcoming charges for the 1st of the month billing. If you are not receiving the emails please contact us here at the Leasing Office, so that we can provide you with the email address the statements are sent from so that you may add this to your safe email list.

Upgrades to the apartments look great. So sorry that I couldn't have taken advantage of the bright changes.

Visitor parking is RIDICULOUS!

I used to enjoy being here until visitor parking started. There is not enough of them, but more importantly it should not matter. An apartment community should not be able to dictate who, when, or how many people can come see you. There is NO alternative if there are no visitor parking left, your visitors just can't be there!
I apologize that your satisfaction with our community has decreased due to our implementation the parking permits. This was not my intention to cause frustration for my residents and their guests. I am closely monitoring the visitor parking situation. I will be reviewing the visitor parking needs this week to determine if there is a need for more parking spots. I would to set up a time to meet with you and discuss your dissatisfaction.

The pool area was amazing. The apartments were beautiful. Everything was very clean and neat. It was obvious that customer service and satisfaction were very important.

Awesome staff and upgraded units!

I've been here for about a year now and I love living here. I've always been skeptical about living up in the NW, but my upgraded apartment unit is so nice and customer service is wonderful that I don't know if it'll be like this anywhere else.

Maintenance is quick to respond and always done right and more important management and staff are really friendly and accommodating. Gloria is exceptional!

My only knock is the fact that they've been open for a while and now decided to do assigned parking. I just hope that there is enough visitor parking because I have lots of visitors all the time. I don't mind walking to my apartment, I don't need to park right in front of my building or door necessarily.

I would recommend this place for the location, however, there are several newer properties that are offering better amenities for not much more on the rental rate.
We are currently upgrading our apartment homes. They are amazing with fresh new look and great prices.
