The environment here is warm and comfortable. The complex is quiet which I value greatly. The warm colors in the apartments makes it feel less commercial and more like home. Updates to the kitchens and bathroom would put this complex ranking above the new complexes in the area.

I know it gets tight in the evenings and with the fact that most residents do own vehicles it does make it a bit more difficult for visitors to find a spot. We have added several more spaces and hope that that will help you friends and family find a place close to you when they visit.

I really do love this community, but it is pricey and goes up everytime you resign... whihc i guess is every complex in this expensive city.

Rents in Austin have been on the rise for a few years and hopefully we will level out soon. I do apologize that we have had increases as we are still on the lower side for this area of Austin.

Close parking to your apartment is very limited past 6 p.m. There are not enough parking spots for residents.

I apologize for the tight parking I do know it gets tight in the evenings and with the fact that most residents do own vehicles it does make it a bit more difficult to find a spot close to your home and again I do apologize but there is not a way to have assigned parking spaces. We have checked into trying assign parking in the past and there is just not enough by all building to do so.

This community was amazing! The custom built apartments were pristine and the resort style pool was where I would want to spend my Summer. The fitness area had all the comforts of a regular gym and then some.

I enjoy living at the Marquis very much. My only hesitations are the high rents. I am aware that the community is located in a very desirable part of Austin and that rents in Austin continue to increase. Nevertheless, I continue to use my voice for affordable and quality rental housing.

Only downside is the noise from the surrounding store's shipping trucks. Loud and at odd hours, it makes it hard to get a good nights sleep and it happens more frequently than desired. Also, people using air blowers at midnight isn't ideal either. Small gripes for a great community.

Overall I'm satisfied with the property and personnel. I lived in a CWS property in NC and they hosted 2-3 get together a for residents every month. I'm also friends with a the former property managers from there and while she is now at a different property they also have events once or twice a month. So in that respect I'm disappointed with Great Hills. Those events afforded me an opportunity to meet neighbors and get together with them regularly but in the 20 months I've lived here I've literally only met a 4 or 5 people here.
