I used to recommend these apartments highly. I can no longer recommend them due to the extreme increase in rent. I can buy a house in this area for less than I am paying to rent. Considering the Austin real estate market, that's REALLY saying something.

I would recommend newer apartments in the area.
We would love to invite you to view our newly renovated apartment homes. Our renovations include granite countertops, GE stainless steel appliances, brushed nickel fixtures, dark wood cabinets, and 2-inch wood blinds.

I would recommend it based on location & community amenities. Would not recommend it because parking here is LOUSY!!! Towing should be enforced for double parking.
We individually enforce the double parking issue, as we speak with the residents directly. We were not aware that this issue was occurring. My team will work harder to address this issue.

Recommend - Great location, nice staff, large apartments. Would not recommend - Large rent increases, small dog park with no grass, and no place to wash cars.

I would only recommend to people who are looking to live in central location. Main issue is the parking. There is not enough parking in the community as there is full occupancy. If visitors come to our home, i have to run shuttle in the complex to park their cars at other end of complex and then take them to my home.
Parking can be an issue in certain parts of the community. If you are looking to be closer to our visitor parking area, please let us know.
