It was a nice property. It was conveniently located to popular areas, but feels like you are tucked away. The actual apartments were upgraded and spacious.

I would recommend this location, but add a word of caution. CWS is the 3rd management company since I moved in 3 years ago. Policies always change and changes made that are not always acceptable. I think the Valet Trash service is too expensive. While looking for a new home, this location is by far the highest of any other place.

Good location, fairly new building, on a green belt, and quiet most of the time. I really like the layout and size of my unit.

Allisa made me feel comfortable at the community. I honestly felt like I had made a potential new friend by the time i left. This was a commendable sales characteristic that definitely worked.
