The landscaping of the property was awesome. It was rustic, desert chic in the middle of the city. The pool was immaculate with a secluded resort vibe and the fitness center had all machines of a larger gym.

Location - busy street/ noise
Dessau has become a busy street. We have some apartments in the back that are a quieter location. I understand the noise from Dessau can be loud and sometimes curtains do help with the noise.

Set hi-res cameras at all gates to be able to see license plates and faces. Do weekly,if not daily, checks to insure equipment is operating properly. Pay to have maintenance staff properly trained on the upkeep of these systems. A false sense of security is worse than no security.

It really does not matter how the agent presents a property to me. I look at the apartment and decide for myself. For me, I care more about function, price and overall appeal.

The community was one of the best I had ever seen. The amenities were well thought out and accommodating. The floor plan of the apartment I saw was very creative. The use of landscaping and natural habitat around the community was well thought out. The maintenance was impeccable and the fitness center was large and air conditioned.

The leasing consultant was very friendly and upbeat. He made me feel comfortable and helped to generate excitement for the possibility of making this community my new home. The community itself was very well kept. The back section was very private and secluded. It felt like a little slice of nature. I did not know that I was right off the main road if I had not just been driving on it. The apartments were inviting and cozy. Each one I saw felt like a home, not just another apartment.

The pool area was beautiful and it was nice that they brought in a fitness trainer.

The property was very clean and well kept. All the personnel I saw were very friendly and helpful. The apartments were updated and nice. The pool area was very clean and inviting. The greenbelt walking/bike trail was clean and groomed.

This was probably the first community I would rate very high. I really thought the amenities offered for the price were really great. The office environment was warm and inviting. The community seemed like a great place to call home. I was very pleased with the whole experience.
