The community is tucked away in a seemingly secluded area of the city. It offers a beautiful setting of natural, central Texas landscape. The apartments are adequate, but the outside amenities offer much more to enjoy. There is natural beauty all around the pool, trails, picnic and sitting areas to experience during all seasons. Inside of the premises they have a workout facility, office area and several entertainment areas for just hanging out. For the price, this is a very good value.

The community was nice and quiet. Turning into the community from the busy road, seemed a little dangerous.

Terrible parking. Tenants race to get a space before someone else. They race around you when you are looking for a space.

I would recommend this apartment community because it is a pleasant place to live and I feel safe here.

The property was in immaculate condition and offered a wide range of amenities that were above the industry norm. The property offerings were in line with the rental price.

I felt as if I had found a home. The community was exceptional and the leasing professional was awesome. The amenities were especially nice and the location was secluded, yet close to downtown Austin and other areas of town. I liked the gated concept that offered a sense of privacy. The price was exceptional for what you got. I would have no difficulty recommending this community to my friends, associates and colleagues.

We used to be excited to recommend this apartment to friends and family because when we first moved in 2 years ago the rates were great for what you got. Since then, they have only continued to increase and friends we have recommended this place to were turned away by the price.

I love living here the rent is affordable and the office and maintance staff are friendly and professional. I have not had any major issues in my apartment except unclogging my drain and that has only been one time for the past year. The property is clean and quiet. I love the black appliances and crown molding around my ceiling walls and the open kitchen!! =)

The staff was genuine, very comfortable, and easy to talk to. I felt as though the leasing agent was interested in what I had to say.

Nice people and staff but honestly could be managed better. Maintenance is great and clean property just lacks a little.

Between my husband and I, we have lived in two apartment at the Marquis at Canyon Ridge for over a year, a 1 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. Our overall experience has been a good one, especially coming from the West Campus area. The apartments themselves are very nice and spacious! The one bedroom was spacious and the two bedroom was great! Everything is a good quality with good appliances, plumbing, flooring, etc. They have some apartments on the first floor with a yard area. I love this and would be willing to pay even more than they charge for that! I wish they had even more. The location is also great as you are only 5 min away from the Tech Ridge area.

The management is very receptive to the community and tries and fixes issues that are raised and for that I have been incredibly impressed. People were speeding through the parking lot, so they installed speed bumps. The doggie bags were changed to a cheaper brand, but after 1 complaint, they were changed to a stronger one.

I've read the negative reviews for this place, and I can honestly say I don't really agree. There is a lack of convenient parking in certain sections of the complex on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights; however, there is plenty of parking, just perhaps not right in front of your apartment. There are a lot of dogs; however, I hardly ever have issues and if I do, I let management know and they take care of the issue. A lot of people can complain, but if they dont let management know, then they can't fix it.

For the price, you really can't beat it! It's a great value with a great management team. We are moving out, but only because we have to leave for another city. However, if we ever move back, this will definitely be an apartment we'd look to!

I like the apartments but not the prices.

The community location is very accessible to North Austin. The amenities the property offered were very nice.
