Clean up the walkways. Cobwebs, roaches, centipedes, slime. I will bet you a month's rent that the personnel don't live here.
We actually do have employees that live on site. We are in the process of power washing all the breezeways. Please let me know if there is anything that needs attention after this was completed.

I recommend it all the time. The property sits on a creek and there are so many beautiful trees . It doesn't look anything like any of the other cookie-cutter communities in the same area .

As I mentioned above, I love most things about this community, but with rent increases each lease renewal, it doesn't seem like somewhere you can plan on staying for a long time.

I love this place. The staff is great and the amenities are too. Matt always makes me popcorn. ;) I think those are great qualities to have in a community. I also like the fitness classes that are offered. You all are doing a great job.

The property was a perfect example of team work, due to a strong maintenance team, a very professional manager and attention to detail. The property had good energy and happy residents. I spoke with two female residents both of whom had lived there two years and absolutely loved living there. The decor, landscaping and person touch from the team was evident. I would absolutely live at the property. The natural habitat was also a positive feature.

The rental rates. If each unit came with a washer/dryer so we didn't have to go off-site to sketchy laundry facilities, I would recommend this complex. The nearest laundry facilities are in Rundberg area, and I pay to live north precisely because I want to avoid high-crime areas.
We have a laundry facility in the back of the community. We can also add a washer and dryer to your lease. Please contact the office.

The leasing professional was nice and professional. The apartment was nice and the community had lots of trees that gave it a very private feel. The fitness center was very large; however, the swimming pool was small and very disappointing.

I've overall had a positive experience at this apartment community thus far; however, one of the things I would prefer to change is the valet trash service.
I dislike that it is included in my rent and should be optional for residents or not included. I frequently work during valet trash pick up time and have found that the valet trash company doesn't always come pick up trash at the specified time. Overall I don't like that I'm paying for a service that I don't use. I wold much rather just take my own trash/recyclables to the appropriate containers.
