This community is located on the north side of Austin with quick access to downtown. The community offers attractive amenities and beautiful terraced native landscaping. The spacious apartments have full size laundry connections, patios/balconies, and large closets. The lease rates are reasonable for the apartment layouts and community amenities.

Being a young single girl about to live on her own for the first time was quite scary. I didn't want an apartment complex in a bad neighborhood, bad living conditions or a staff who really didn't care about meeting your needs and was unfriendly. I got quite the opposite of that when I started living here. The staff is super friendly and always asking about you, your family and how life is going. On top of that I submitted a service request that was completed that day before I even got home from work. The complex is always clean, you always see the maintenance men outside working, the pool is in a nice secluded vacation type area with a little BBQ pit area right beside it, its close to a lot of grocery stores and shopping areas and I love the valet trash service. You don't have to carry your own trash down 3 flights of stairs or worry about a dumpster being too full. It gets picked up every evening that you place it outside your door besides on Fridays and Saturdays ( days they services are closed). Oh and another great thing is that the atmosphere is really quiet. You don't have loud parties going on, noisy neighbors, fighting ect. Its always very quiet with occasionally seeing your neighbors who smile and say hi. Oh wait, and another thing! The workout room is really nice and overlooks a pretty view. Plus they usually have 2 classes a week where a trainer will come in and hold classes such as kickboxing, abs, cycling, ect that you and even a friend can attend. No more gym membership.

I'd recommend this place to anyone :)

An attractive gated community located off Dessau Road, accessible to IH35. Great views and the pool area was very nice.

Clean apartments and great maintenance service

It's a very nice property overall and I would recommend it to friends or family seeking apartment living.

The pool area was secluded from the rest of the property and made it like a retreat from the bustle. I think I would enjoy living there.

I just don't feel a sense of pride from everyone here that I would expect. It's hard to recommend a place that seems to be ok with being like every other apartment.

Rental rates are too high, trash is mandatory.

The price and location are not worth what the apartment has to offer in my opinion.
