We got new upstairs neighbors above us who seem like total trash, and they leave weird trash everywhere like orange peels on the stairs. They're noisy but stop by 10pm so technically I can't complain. They're really trashing this place up (building 11)

The customer experience was awesome. I thought the agent did justice to sell the community. The layout and amenities were fantastic. The theater room was neat, and I felt that the apartments themselves were clean and open but not updated. However, the price was very reasonable.

The only comment I have is the place is a little small for myself. I've gotten used to places a little larger, but I've made it work. Some of my other friends would fit perfectly here.

I did not think the value of rent was very good. The apartments themselves were not renovated and the property was difficult to navigate.

The Leasing Agent was super friendly with her residents and seemed to genuinely connect with them, even though she was doing a tour she acknowledged residents who stopped by the office. I felt like the community was very much a family.

Barking dogs 24 hrs per day 7 days a week 365 days per year

Too many cars being vandalized, lack of security, noise from pool every night after midnight.
Thank you for your review. We do have a security company patrol the community throughout the night and have installed new gates and locks on the pool. We also have the security company that responds to all noise after hours.

Overall, this is a wonderful community. The only downsides are the noise levels during pool season and the occasional littering by other residents and visitors.
We know that the pool can be an issue during the summer with people enjoying it being too loud and too late at night. We are hoping that Signal 88 will be a big help during non office hours with monitoring the noise and non residents. Please make sure to call them if you have any issues after hours. Regarding trash and littering, if you notice someone littering please let us know and we will reach out to them personally. We do our best to make sure the grounds are clean at all times but could possibly miss something sometime. Please let us know if you ever notice any areas that need attention and we will take care of it.
