Aside from myself living near the street, which is busy. I have no complaints. I believe the area is safe, it is not overly crowded, I get immediate responses for questions/requests, the office personnel seemed to make it a priority to establish a relationship with me.

Decent location, awesome view, community is kept up with and not run down.

Well, I am still not entirely sold on the Austin lifestyle. I find it to be more suited for a younger crowd.

The only reason I would lease there would be that the price was very good for the amount of square footage and kitchen space I would receive in the one bedroom floor plans. The property did not have a business office, and I was not told anything about WiFi around the clubhouse. The floor plans were some of the best I have seen with great kitchens. I believe that should be accentuated more in the presentation, as well as the double vanity sinks in the larger one bedroom floor plan. My overall visit to the community was a pleasant one. However, the leasing professional did not do anything to make it stand out from any other comparable property.

As far as apartments go, this one is very nice, but there have been too many break-ins at the community. Also, while not expectantly high, the rent was higher than I would recommend.

I moved into this complex from out of state in June 2013, and I have to say, it's been great. The complex is very nice and clean, but the staff is what makes it a great place to be! If I have any problems, they go all out to fix them as soon as they can and as is most convenient for me. The valet trash is seriously spoiling me- its so nice to put the trash out and just grab the empty can in the morning! There is a great walking trail behind the complex- well and hike and bike trail. I wouldn't try biking there as it is a little rough, though my dog loves it back there. The community is VERY pet friendly, and I would recommend it to anyone looking in northeast austin!

I have told several of my friends looking for an apartment about where I live and they feel that it's too far out and or too pricey.

People with pets should be place in the same area instead of mixing them with people who are not pet owners. It is not good for people who have allergies to be living in a unit previously lived by someone with pets. It is not fair for us non pet owners to have to put up with the dog barking day & night.

Beautiful outside and in. Great layout, nice size, utilities are efficient, and usually feel safe.

I really enjoyed visiting this community. The agent was very nice and easy to talk to.

The people who make this their home are, on the whole, very friendly. We, of course, would prefer that more "seniors" were living here, but are happy in our little corner of the world!

It is a beautiful property close to shopping and transportation. It is surrounded by lots of green enough where it is quiet. The agent was very nice and was very good at her job. I would love to live here.

Well maintained

The parking is an issue where I am located. It has been such a huge problem and aided in my getting a garage, which I really could not afford.

We love the apartment but not the area.
