If someone asks me about this place I would say neither good nor bad as half the time I was staying in this community, I was at a different apartment and it was good over there.

Because of the car break ins, because of the length of time that it took and is still taking to fix that gate, because of being unable to use the big room for gathering together w/friends which I have done before.

The community was very well taken care of and the amenities were impressive. The apartments were not very modern, and seemed a little out of date compared to other communities in the area.

I would recommend to my friends because the community is very peaceful and clean. However, back gate is sometimes kept completely open for hours at a time. People who do not live in community are using pool after hours by climbing the gates. Many vehicle break ins.

The landscaping is manicured. All office staff are very helpful and professional. I like the valet trash. I'd like to see tighter security personnel.
