We do try to stay competitive with our surrounding communities, and our maintenance team works very hard to make sure our community is clean, well kept and free of debris. Thank you so much for your feedback, we really do utilize this survey to help us improve in any avenue we can. We recently replaced a bike in the Fitness Center, and replaced all the free weights. We are working on replacing more equipment throughout time, as well. We will make sure to update you all when this is in the works! I am sorry to hear about the Dog Waste issue, thank you for letting us know. We will make sure these areas is given some extra special attention today, as well as making sure the Doggie Waste Stations are full at all times with baggies. Again, thank you for your feedback.
