Would Stay
Really nice apartments with BY FAR the best management I've ever had in an apartment. Lovely apartments despite slightly wonky floorplans in a GREAT area of town! I would absolutely stay, but I want to get away from my current roommate and the single bedrooms were a little out of my price range. I'll miss this place!!!

good maintenance, pleasant office staff, comfortable apts. would warn everyone about HUGE rent increases once you become a resident. Every friend I've had here has moved out because if the over the top rent increases.
I really do love reading your surveys. You always tell it like it is and so kind about it. Thank you very much for the kind words of the office staff and more importantly our maintenance team. Austin is a booming city right now and I personally can't believe how quickly we are growing and also how it's a reflection on the city wide rental rates. I just hope that the demand doesn't force great residents like yourself to leave us! I want you to know that we appreciate you very much and your words go a long way.
this review is taken from a residents review i filled out recently. I would like to add that staff and maintence here are really good at ther jobs. Ive been here 14 years. Only leaving to lower overhead $$ and will miss this caring staff.
BEST Management Team EVER
I've been living at Northwest Hills for about 6 months now, and from the first day I walked in the office I knew the leasing and management team was different than others. I have been taken care of with every single thing I've needed (and I'm a bit high maintenance) and not only do they take care of it, they do it VERY quickly and always with the utmost care. They are extremely professional, well informed, kind, and it doesn't hurt that they have fresh baked cookies around :) Aside from the team, the community is well kept, with great facilities, and is taken care of with love. They even put in smokers with the BBQ pits!! I won't leave here until I have to!

We put a lot of thought into the improvements that were needed for our property, in 2014 and the smoker/pits were one of them. Thank you for noticing and we are so glad you're utilizing them. It's comfortable and clean. But rental rate is very expensive.

If someone has the money and needs to be in this location, I would recommend it. It's much nicer than the other apartments on the corner of Greystone and Woodhollow, but overall, has nothing to make it stand out. I've also had numerous issues with maintenance and employees that I wouldn't recommend the apartment.

Convenient, fair price. Usually quiet but sometimes can hear neighbors through walls easily.
Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experience here with us. Unfortunately with older buildings we are limited on what we can do. We can speak with your neighbors to make sure the noise level stays reasonable. It’s obvious that we have great residents here, with that said I’m sure that when we ask them to keep it down they will.

Good neighborhood convenient to highways. I always feel safe walking my pet outside on the property, even late at night. Nice property with upgraded units available.
Amanda we absolutely agree that the neighborhood is good. Great shopping down Anderson lane, HEB right down the street and close night life entertainment. What makes this neighborhood as good as it is are the residents just like yourself. We thank you for your time away from your busy schedule to give us a little feedback.

The apartments have a nice lay out. I do like the management in spite of my one complaint. The recent additions of fences on the back porches are nice.

A good way to meet some people around your community here at Northwest Hills is hang out by our pool on the weekends, many residents have built good friendships there. Overall the property was okay. The greenbelt view was very nice. The apartment was a good size and the closets were a good size as well. The patio was a great size and was very nice.
