This is the best apartment in the area! I love the trees and groundskeeping in general. Staff are great, rent is reasonable, the community laundromat is clean and secure and my neighbors are nice.

Good, safe location; close to downtown but far enough away....
We always appreciate the positive feedback. We love the location here at Northwest Hills, so convenient to both the far west area and the Anderson lane area. This gives our residents access to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores and several options getting to downtown.

I found this community had a well kept exterior. The interior of the apartments themselves appeared to be a bit dated including having popcorn ceilings. This community does offer it's residents a pleasant and laid back living environment.

It is close to everything that is important to me, great location. Nice neighbors, great exercise room, clean swimming pool, nice landscaping.No loud parties .

We strive to be competitively priced in an excellent location within walking distance to grocery stores, great restaurants, and the UT shuttle.

I would recommend it because the rates seem reasonable, the location is ideal (especially being so close to the UT shuttle stop), and the office personnel are friendly and helpful.
We try to keep up with the market because of the area, the location is ideal you are right, not only because of the UT shuttle stop but for the restaurants off of Anderson Lane, entertainment and HEB right off of Far West. The staff tries to do everything possible to make sure you are taken care of. We always not only want to meet your expectations but exceed them. It's affordable and in a good neighborhood with lots of amenities.
We are very competitive in this market for sure. This area does have a lot to offer with just a walk, bike or a short drive you can get to a grocery store, restaurants and entertainment. Northwest Hills area is also known for their school district and beautiful homes.

I would give these apartments a grade of C. I find a dead roach inside at least once a week. The hot water has gone out several times. The worst annoyance is the thin walls and floors, tho. That really hurts my sense of privacy and ability to feel like I'm "home".

I think the location is ideal on the Far West bus route, but the rising rents don't provide the same amount of value given the lack of upgrades in the units.
