Great location, quiet neighborhood, great floor plans, excellent condition for an older complex
Thank you very much. We are an older community, with character, so we try to keep up with every little thing possible. This location is great because of the restaurants, shops and entertainment on Anderson Lane. The grocery store down the street is spectacular and not to mention only 15 minutes away from downtown. Thank you again for your feedback and please let us know if you see something that needs to be addressed and we will get on it.

There's never enough hot water or water pressure.
I want to apologize for the lack of pressure and hot water on and off for the last few weeks. We are starting a water treatment that takes a little bit of time to be in full swing. Once it’s complete you will be able to notice the difference immediately. The few draw backs of having a boiler system is that it has to go through the entire property in order for it to be complete, this includes multiple loops that produce the hot water to get to your apartment. If you are still having water pressure problems please let us know because that could be a separate issue and may be an easy fix. Please let us know if you are still having issues with your hot water and pressure so we can address the problem, it could be an isolated problem.

The price is too expensive for what you get square footage-wise and actually apartment-wise.... BUT BUT the location and the neighborhood is GREAT!! That is the #1 reason I have not left. I have considered it MANY times, and in my 9 years here, the people in the apartments around me have been coming and going A LOT because prices keep going up.
When I moved in, there where residents who had been living here for 14, 8, 10, years, one by one they have all left and now it's a revolving door with new residents every 12 months...

I'd recommend this apartment community because it's a nice, clean, and close to everything place. The rent is fair, and the personnel is extremely professional and all of them are nice all the time.
Thank you for your kind words. We try to make sure that everyone that walks in the office walks out with a smile. Our location is fantastic! You have everything you need within a 3 mile radius; grocery stores, restaurants, entertainment and shopping needs.

I would certainly recommend NW Hills apartments for all the reasons I have stated above and also because in the over 6 years I have lived here, I have never had a reason to complain about anything.

The community is in an area that is both within an active city community but yet nestled within the nearby hills. The property has beautiful views from the balconies, and the apartments are nicely updated with black appliances and wood floors. The floor plans are spacious and well designed. The staff is an asset and make sure that your needs are met and that the home you find here is the one you have been looking for.

Wonderful community, great neighborhood, convenient to most things
You gain a home that feels as if its miles away from the city, yet with shopping, restaurants and the convenience of MoPac expressway just minutes away.

The one bedroom apartments are dorm like too many people crammed into a small space you can hear all the noise around you from neighbors dog parking in their apartment to conversations of people.
We are extremely sorry that you are having this problem. This is all due to the fact that we are an older community and the insulation and the build was much different back then. Every year we are trying to improve the property as much as possible so we will get right on this and see if there is anything we can do.

Partly because the maintenance issues are handled very quickly. I have friends at neighboring properties that do not get their issues resolved for a very loooong time. some never. Gross!!

I would recommend this apartment to someone who is looking for spacious and safe apartment living. I would not to someone who expects to have a "party" atmosphere. Neighbors can be somewhat unconsiderate given the "college" mindset.

We live here now. What I've seen is if you face the pool during weekends in the summer it's like a crazy college campus. If you live in the back it's like you live in isolation. A very different experience depending on the building you are in. Choose 13 and you are from from the road and facing the woods.
