Pretty outdated (I asked for new appliances last year and was told I had an "updated" apartment, sadly after 6 years) and the amenities aren't great while the cost for a new resident aren't great compared to a lot of newer complexes in the area

The exercise room was small and a little basic, and the windows and sliding doors were in desperate need of an upgrade to energy efficient models.

I thought the staff was very nice, but felt the outside of the buildings were in better condition than the inside. I felt the amenities were not very new and the inside of the apartment looked almost dingy despite being the model.

Staff is awesome, I think I got a great deal, and I don't think I have any complaints aside from appliances needing to be updated, and the lack of lighting

I have recommended NWH to friends, and I do recommend NWH to friends but they always end up going somewhere else where they can get more square footage for their money.

Floor plans are great but rent is expensive. I realize rents in Austin are high. I would like to stay here but I think rent is such that a move is soon to come. Are renters who have been here a long time given special consideration in rent increases?
