I know that apartment office hires people to clean up after one's dogs, but there is still a lot of dog poop on the lawn. It is very dirty and there is a sanitation problem. I would like apartment office to do something to dog owners.

The townhouses need some updating. Tile in bathroom cracked with loose and cracket grout. Plumbing outdated/corroded in some bathrooms. Cabinetry in kitchen and bath is peeling and delaminating. Heating/AC unit does not support the 3 story layout, makig electrical bills in the winter extremely high. Door seals not working properly, very drafty during windy days. Would recommend the apartments but now the townhouses unless they were updated.

Overall, I'm enjoying my experience living on the property. Maintenance has been wonderful and timely on any assistance I've needed. I like the amenities offered on the premises. Now that additional service/upgrades are being provided (i.e. power washing patios, painting, etc.,) I am more satisfied. The staff is friendly and approachable as well.

Apartments are transitional. You shouldn't go up so high when people have to take a shorter lease while a house is being built.

Quick response to maintenance requests. Pleasant attitudes. My only request is to power was and paint the exterior of the building. We say this being done on another building but it seems to have stopped. This needs to be completed.

Promenade Park is a beautiful property managed by superb staff, which is reflected in the community. The property location is great and conveniently located next to everything you need. Walking distance/easy access to highway. I highly recommend this property.

The staff at Promenade Park has exceeded all of my expectations. I cannot believe how friendly and easy they've made everything for me. I love the layout of my apartment. I have looked at other apartments in the Charlotte area, and this is by far the best I have seen. I couldn't be happier with my choice to live here!

The only frustration I have is parking. Our unit doesn't have enough and overflow is used by 2 other buildings. Very frustrating when you have to walk 1-2 blocks away from our unit. There is noise from upstairs neighbor walking in the bedroom - management is working on a resolution. The team here is great!

When we first moved in, on the day we moved in there were HUGE roaches. But the office was persistent and worked with us and after several weeks and a bombing, we no longer have any roach problems. They office and maintenance staff are very kind. They are very nice and respectful to my 8-year old daughter when she goes to the office for candy. When we put in a request for maintenance they came quickly, within 24 hours. Overall, the staff makes this a good community to call home.

Promenade Park does an exceptional job to provide a great apartment complex to live in. They have solid leasing arrangements with the staff able to respond to any questions or concerns with efficiency and care. I enjoy being a resident here.
