Apartment seem spacious and the garages are a great bonus. Convenient to shops and grocery.

I would love very much to stay but I am afraid the rent will be above my expectations.

It's a constant battle with admin., No respect, bad attitude. I tried my best to avoid any contact with admin.

Spacious apartments, and little noise around the townhomes. Newly painted on the outside, making the new look more modern

Great location, great resident/neighbors, safe area, spacious, unless they have kids, then kids really aren't able to play outdoors, which is a huge downfall...the playground doesn't work for all kids

The ammenities and community staff is fantastic. The neighborhood children are not well watched by their parents and have frequently almost given me a heart attack by running and playing in the street. But overall a great place to live.

We very much love living here! The apartments are very space and have wonderful, special touches such as crown molding, built in bookshelves/display shelves, large windows. We appreciate the opportunity to have our own, attached garage. The maintenance staff is responsive, trustworthy and friendly. When we needed, for financial reasons, to move out of our awesome 2 bedroom apartment here at Promenade Park, our Community Manager (Melody) went out of her way to work with us and find us our lovely 1 bedroom here. The entire office staff is friendly and always helpful. We looked around a lot before we moved to Promenade Park and we are extremely happy we chose to live here.

I have enjoy living in Promenade Park. It is well maintained, the office staff is great and all of my maintenance requests have to taken cake of in a timely manner.

I would recommend overall. The community is nice, family friendly, and quiet. They maintain the grounds regularly, and generally respond fairly quickly to maintenance requests. The apartments are also very appealing, and offer unique and inviting features with their floor plans.

I did recommended the facilities and a few friends rented here but we notice there is discrimination and racist actions against a few of us from administration. Not going to recommend anymore
