Hate the carpet. Doors are not energy efficient at all. Cold air came around the door all winter causing apt to be really cold and power bill to be outrageous.
Thank you so much for your feedback. I am sorry you have not had a better experience thus far living at our community. I would be happy to discuss your carpet concerns with you. I can come down and take a look at it. If the condition is poor we can schedule for it to be replaced. Also if there are any specific issues with staff not giving you great customer service please let me know. I totally understand your frustration with the doors and windows. If your door is not sealed up properly we can add weather stripping to ensure cold air and bugs are not coming through those openings. I apologize for the tardiness of this response. The environment is mostly safe and the neighbors are mostly great. However with the new apartment complexes in the area coming up, I might suggest my friends shop the new properties too.
I appreciate your time and thoughtful responses in the survey we sent out. I totally agree regarding the patios and entries. I have spoken with the maintenance team about how important it is to have those blown out and swept up at least every other week. I am sure you have seen the pressure washing and painting that is going on around the property. We will work hard to stay on top of it. The only negatives I have are stated above. I would be honest to anyone about this as it is a reality and happens everyday. Other than that the grounds here are beautiful, the apartments are spacious and affordable.

The community has a homey feeling. The people are respectful and courteous.

What great feedback! Thank you for taking a few minutes to let us know your thoughts on your community and staff. With regards to the landscaping at the townhomes I absolutely agree. I have been talking with our landscaper and we will be limbing up the trees around the townhomes in the next couple months. If we feel like we still will not have adequate light by the late summer and early fall we will not seed the area with grass and will come up with something more shade specific like you were mentioning. Disappointed with heating differential between bottom and top floors in 3 story townhome. Made den useless in winter.

Promenade Park in Charlotte, NC is a nice property. It is located in the best school system in North Carolina. Their one bedroom apartment is by far the largest I have seen and I have not seen or heard of another apartment community having a theater onsite or a gift wrapping station.
