Pending on how high rent goes and after being here for almost two years should be able to go month to month at same rate, when I move in my rent was 1350.00 now 1625.00 that is way too high for these apartments

Recommend for the location but warn them about German roaches 'moving in' from neighboring apartments.

We do apologize for the roach problem that you have been having. We do agree and it is embarrassing. For that we have transitioned to another pest control service and they will be starting with us at the beginning of May. We are confident that they will do an outstanding job towards our community.
