I love Promenade Park apartments!!! I have lived here for almsot 5 years and I have had the best time of my life in those years. The entire staff is amazing! Alex, Melody, Cindy, BJ, Tosha, Craig, and Tim are awesome at their jobs and keep everyone happy! I will stay for years to come!

I really like Promenade Park for its community feel and for how well the grounds are kept. Coming from a past apartment complex without a gym, pool, trash pickup, etc., these amenities are truly appreciated along with other little touches Promenade Park offers. When a problem does arise, the staff seems to always be on top of it. Staff comes to the rescue.
As a staff we love hearing that and promise to continue doing our best to deliver a quality product and exceptional service.

The only complaint I have is that I then when renting to others, they were evaluated better. Also, other residents that have children should receive notice about their children's behavior and they should be playing in the park not be residents' doors or cars. Children need to stop destroying our property.

I am concerned about the fact that my rental fee just keeps going up to the point where I'm force to move because I can't go above a certain monthly rate.

I am very satisifed with the community. I feel extremely comfortable and safe living here. As last survey, I am dissatisfied with the parking. I feel all townhomes/lofts should have at least one designated parking space at the door. This year, I do not plan on renewing my lease due to the significant increase in rent yearly. Last yearm approximately $100.

The management of Promenade Park really cares about the residents. They keep everything beautifully landscaped, and updated end in food working order. They ensure the community is safe and peaceful. When the unexpected happens, they are there to help in any way they can. They respond quickly and go above and beyond what anyone would expect. They work overtime to be good neighbors and lend calm wisdom in different situations. Really, it's not only the management team, but also the people who work under them that go above and beyond expectations.

Please provide a Promenade Park Facebook page. Please add cable machine in fitness center. Please allow access to pool table after 5 p.m. on weekdays.

In general, I like Promenade Park apartments and the amenities offered. I do, however, have a few suggestions: power wash stairwells, power wash porches, nail down all boards on porches, and invest in more energy efficient windows/insulation. The insulation in my apartment is terrible, which makes my energy bill through the roof.
Thank you for your suggestions. We have been pressure washing entries, patios, and breezeways as well as painting all the trim to freshen up the property. We have a regularly scheduled exterior cleaning schedule now as well so hopefully that has helped with some of your concerns.
