The entrance with the cobblestone and the fountain surrounded by beautiful flowers was appealing immediately. The wooded setting was enticing as was the lodge feeling of the clubhouse on the inside. I had a fantastic experience with the consultant and would love to move there.

She made me feel comfortable at all times. She gave a very nice presentation.

It was an amazing community with everything I could want in a home. The features and amenities are the latest styles and the details are what makes these apartments feel more like the inside of a house. The staff was friendly and the customer experience was truly one of a kind. I would love to live in this community.

When I entered the leasing center, I was impressed by the beautiful appointment there. The wooden beams were impressive. I loved that there was a beautiful movie theater and also a billiard table. The pool was really nice and I loved the palmetto trees that were there. The grounds and buildings were in excellent condition. The crown molding in the apartments gave it an upscale feel, as did the updated fixtures and flooring. The community was very impressive. The staff was proactive and were friendly. The leasing agent that I worked with made me feel at home and talked about several subjects. She was really fun to work with.

It was a very nice community. I would definitely live there.

My first impression of the leasing professional when I called was that he was very friendly and sounded as if he had a smile on his face. When I went out to tour the community, I was still very impressed by the level of service that was offered to me. Job well done!!!

This value offered for the price of the rent at this community was amazing. The clubhouse was exquisite. The interior design of the clubhouse mimicked that of a mountain lodge. Also, the amenities offered at this community were exceptional. This property even provides resident with a free wrapping paper station, which is complete with bows, wrapping paper, and boxes. There was a beautifully decorated private theatre located inside the clubhouse, as well. The landscaping was beautifully maintained at this location. There were three enormous hanging baskets suspended from the front porch area of the office. The baskets held multiple colors of flowering plants. Also, there was a natural rock water fountain located directly across from the entrance to the leasing office. Two gorgeous beds of flowering plants were located on either side of the water fountain. The water fountain and flower beds gave an impressive curb appeal for this property. The level of engagement with the leasing agent was natural, conversational, and relaxing. I felt immediately at home because of the efforts of the leasing agent that assisted me. I would recommend this property to anyone. If I had been a real potential resident I most definitely would have signed a lease today.

The apartments offer a quiet, relaxing environment. The grounds are well kept and there are plenty of trees for shade. There is a salt water pool, plenty of gas grills, and a 28 seat viewing room that can be reserved. There are activities for the residents planned on a regular basis, and there is a nice playground area for children near the clubhouse. There is also a car maintenance area on the property. All in all it is a very pleasant community that gives the feel of being secluded in a very busy area of the city.

From the minute I got on the property I felt as though I was at a resort. The club house was amazing. I would be very likely to recommend to others.

The property is a bit pricey, but nice with very beautiful landscaping. The staff was genuine and ready to assist. I would recommend that anyone in the area go and see it and lease if they can.

I visited the community and fell completely in love with it. The apartment was gorgeous and had exemplary storage space. I liked the theater also, you could rent it for the evening for friends or a birthday party. It was a $50 holding fee that was refunded if nothing was broken. Wonderful community!

Although I could tell this was not a brand new community, it appeared well-kept and the grounds were beautiful. The amenities in the leasing office were exceptional and not something I have seen at many of the places I have looked at.
