Management and office personnel are always polite & quick to respond to any issues. I like the community in that it appears to be more residential than apartment dwelling. It would be nice to have a nicer barrier between 485 & complex. Rents are high.

Could improve parking. There is an orange van that never moves (is broken down) in front of Building E.

I would certainly give great consideration to moving to this community based simply on the appearance alone. The community appeared to be well cared for, and standing on the outside looking in, the community presented a very pleasurable atmosphere that I am sure would be desired by most.

I lived here for one year then had to move home but once I was able to, I moved back in and have been here about 2 years now! This complex is beautiful and doesn't have the typical appearance of apartments. Very very well kept, neighborhood feel. Staff is amazing and kind. Work orders are always completed in a very prompt manner. Extremely good value-great pool with year parties to socialize with other tenants. Perfect location for all; you will not find a nicer apartment for this price and certainly not any cheaper.I have and will always recommend Promenade Park!!

after looking at other apt for my mother it is so nice to come home here. its home just wish is wasnt so expensive but its worth the price.
