Rent prices is not recommended.

I have only been here a month and first impressions are lasting impressions. Time will tell.

I would recommend anyone looking for a place to live to this apartment community any time! I am proud to live here!

It would be better if you put carpet in the fourth floor apartments. The noise level is extreme.

My first year hear, I would have enthusiastically recommended living here. Now I would not and cannot recommend these apartments to anyone anymore unless they LIKE dirty and inconsiderate neighbors, poor communication from management, deteriorating infrastructure, and rent rising without any added value for their housing dollar.

Over priced for what u get and there are no activities for the residence.

The rules changed under the new owner management. It is unacceptable. Parking and grills.

This "new" management team has a lot to learn in terms of customer service and issue resolution. They are very difficult to get on the phone and appear to have problems responding to emails. I've heard mention more than once of company training, etc., yet no one seems to be able to answer a question without talking to 2-3 other people to get a response (and that's IF you even get a response, which is a big MAYBE). These apartments tout themselves as being luxury, but they are FAAARRR from it on the customer service front. Although, I understand there were issues when they were owned by The Mansions. However, by most accounts, this group seems to be much worse. Be careful what you wish for, I guess.

My Husband and I loved the property when it was the Mansions. Since new management took over we cant stand it. Our fridge motor is going out and we have had maintenance out and they say there is nothing they can do. You talk to people in the office and they don't know what they are talking about, and to top it all off, there is trash everywhere except for in the dumpsters, and people let their dogs go where ever they want. I used to love this property. When our lease is up we are gone and not looking back.
