I have enjoyed living here for the last 6 years, however, I have been asking for an updated dishwasher for years, and as long as it runs you won’t put a new one in. It really does not clean very well. It is time.

I would not recommend living in one of the 4-story buildings, unless it's the top floor. Replacing the carpet flooring has increased the noise levels for the folks living below. The carpet helps dampen the foot traffic, TV noise, etc... Without it, these sounds (specifically foot traffic noise from kids, dogs, etc..) has gotten worse.

These are nice apartments but dated and need renovation which I see is happening. However the high increase in rent is very hard on tenants like myself on a fixed income. My biggest problem is how there is no sound barrier between floors. I live on the third floor and I can hear everything the guy above me does. It wakes me up and it’s very loud.

I have a request for maintenance that still hasn't been touched.rent is ridiculous, nine of my appliances are updated for what I pay. I have a pest control problem being on the 1st floor and nothing they do helps that.

I recommend this community frequently to my friends and family! I love how comfortable and safe I feel in this complex. I love that the Williamson County SO do drive throughs to show a safe presence here also!

I would recommend the apartment complex. The only thing that is missing is not something that the apartments can do much about. But just the area could have more restaurant / coffee / bar / lounge offerings as opposed to the standard convenient store, fast food, suburban lifeless landscape. Perhaps Hutto will eventually get their Co-Op businesses open within the next 5 years. . .sure are slow with anything but houses, apartments, and fast food buildings rising quickly.

I've been here 6 years not leaving until I buy home
