Horrible!!
When management was Mansions, everything was great. Administration and maintenance staff were friendly and prompt to fix any issues. Now, that Orion took over, they are the poster children of horrible customer service. They changed their phone numbers and never publish the new ones. Even if you find out the number, they never answer the phone, they just have a recording for messages and never return calls. Staff is not trained properly in even simple features like opening the gate from your phone (she told me, "you need to press a number or something when your phone rings and I believe that opens the door.". Well, that didn't help much.)
I have gone to the office and even though there are 4 or 5 people "working" it's like I'm a ghost, no one acknowledges me, much less help me.
Horrible, horrible, horrible, I have a few months left in my lease, if this continues I'll just have to move.

Gables--worst company ever
Was great when it was The Mansions. All the new staff is horrible at customer service. Maintenance won't fix te problems, can't speak English, and is all everyone says is "I'm sorry". It seems like it's turned into section 8 housing and I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. This is coming from someone who is a leasing consultant at a different property.
