Apartment Review from a Current Renter
First I asked for wood floors and was told that this unit had wood floors. They did not allow me to see the unit. I moved from 307,(supposedly upgraded) to this horrible unit. I started I want the wood floors and the granite counters. I did not get any of it. The manager at the time swore she thought this unit had that it did not. They would not allow me out help me find a unit that study what Iâve been accustom to since moving here.
Next they moved someone above me that has a child. The kid stools Riund jumps all dang day. Then at night I hear the parents at 12, 1 and 2 AM.

It's a clean, respectful community, with beautiful amenities. Great location and value, I believe.

I would recommend it but the Cellular reception is TERRIBLE at the bottom of the hill.

Nothing really works right, everything is old. So much dog poop its ridiculous and gross, the air just stinks like sewage. When I have my windows open it stinks up my apartment. Dont think that's because of the dog poop think its coming from something else.

Complex is well maintained. I feel safe here. The lease amount is affordable and I love that I can have an attached garage!

So Much Dog Poop Everywhere! Individuals smoking in the non smoking building by the playground where children play.

Itâs beautiful only thing I would say is maybe putting gates on first floor patios so I can let my dog out on the patio
