I wouldn’t recommend these apartments simply because if you have a noise complaint about your neighbors, no many how many times you have told the complex... nothing will change.

my family own their homes and my friends are happy with where they are living.
Thank you for the 4 star review.

I like living away from my family and friends! I do love this apartment complex but I want it to myself.

I’ve only been in residence two weeks. Problem with elevator and a office staff member dampened my excitement of my new home.

In all I would recommend others. But for myself no my Apartment is too small. There's no closet space but in the bedroom and it's too small. When moving in didn't pay attention to the closet space.
And the small of the pond by my bedroom window keeps a horrible smell in my apartment.

Nice and quiet most of the time, very clean except for certain dog owners not cleaning up.

First moving in 3 years ago staff was more personable, seemed more "luxury" living, landscaping has gone down, amenities not available hours I can use them. Parking is deplorable.

Communication has been great and the is important to me. Maintenance has been very fast which is another plus for any apartments. Justin has been outstanding to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating every time I have needed someone!

Customer service needs to be improved significantly.

Basically because they are really nice townhouses I had mine upgraded when it was being built and whenever anything needs replacing I ask for the same or comparable item so my house is not all mix and match and they have always come through for me.
Thank you for the 5 star review.

Parts are outdated, parking is limited at times.

Only concern/ complaint is that the entire community is almost always out of poop bags, therefore there are lots of poop piles lying around. Ask the maintenance men often and they say they weren’t ordered or we hope to get some soon.... even after more than 4 weeks without any.

I would recommend this place because of the attached garages, location, and floorplants. I would not recommend this place because: no valet trash, many "upgrades" or features of the apartment feel cheap. I haven't even been here a week and some items are already falling apart.

Maybe if the prices reflected the actual value, but it would have to be a lot less expensive and it would have to be possible to lock in lower rates for longer rather than the CONSTANTLY rising rates.
