The community was nice and clean. It was warm and inviting. I was not sure what the leasing agent was doing when I entered the leasing office, but I waited in the lobby with others for approximately three minutes with six other people. Two gentlemen had walked in after me and there were two ladies and two children already waiting when we walked in. The other agent was no where to be seen until later during my visit.

Convenient to Toll Road 130, close to shopping, beautifully designed for quiet living, comfortable, exquisite views of moon and golf course, lovely pool, very attentive office personnel.

Nice property
My building is NOT a "luxury" by any means!
We have had problems since day one when our ceiling started leaking & was not fixed for over 3 weeks! They knew about it & still let us move in...we had buckets/towels all over the floor for weeks. The building we are in is filthy! The breeze ways are never swept or blown, the elevator is not mopped/swept but every 2 weeks & the elevator was broken for over a week! We are on fourth floor! There is trash on property "all" the time, even after staff has supposedly picked it up...not happy with this property...

Great place.. Just a little far from everything else. Also, Cell service is sometimes a problem out here.

We feel safe here, I guess my biggest complain would be the disrespect of other tenants here. As far as the grounds, noise, dog cleanup, pool misuse. I think the complex could use a security person to make some of the residents accountable.

I have been here three years and like the convenience of the location and the attractive setting, adjacent to golf course. I am very happy here. There are a few cosmetic problems such as cracked tiles and stained concrete on patio but I am okay to live with those. Only drawback I see is dangerous intersection at Winterfield and Gattis School with no traffic light or stop sign--and that gets worse as time has gone by.
Upon looking through the reports and other daily tasks, I found your review and I wanted to personally apologize for the delay in response. We cannot always nail that perfect score on a review, but I firmly believe all reviews, good and not so favorable should be addressed. Good way to set some team and personal goals, plus know what we are doing right!
It is a bit too late to correct any issues from this matter, but I do welcome you to set up a time to come in and meet with me to address this further; if you feel your needs has not been met to date. Again, I sincerely apologize for the lack of response, as this is not how CWS runs our properties. I do hope we can start from fresh and have a long and enjoyable relationship!
