I did not see any amenities; however, the town home was very spacious and had a home like feel. I would consider it as an option if I was in the market for a new home.

Lots of people drive at excessive speeds with no regard for children or people walking their pets. Some pet owners don't clean up after their animals, even letting them defecate on the sidewalks. And management's solution? Send an email.
It's no longer a good value for the price. Due to the frequent changes in ownership and management the number of intrusions (inspections, walk throughs, etc.) seems excessive compared to other places I have lived. Communication is sorely lacking, too. The management when I first moved here would notify us a week or more in advance in writing and delivered to our door if they wanted access to our homes. Now maybe there's an email sent a day or two before. Not everyone reads email on the weekend. And if something "can't be rescheduled" then probably wasn't scheduled at the last minute, either. So perhaps more than a couple of days notice and a note on the door is in order.
