Professional and friendly office staff and maintenance addressed in a timely manner

I had a few bad experience since the new management took over, one example one summer my air conditioning wasn’t working during the hot summer months. After waiting all day I finally called them and I was told they have people ahead of me therefore can’t fixed it. Luckily I found someone to fix it for me, the office never called to follow up or to checked if I was still alive from the heat. By the way, I am 68 years old

I would not recommend living at the Glenhaven at Star Ranch apartments. The neighbors frequently play very loud tejano and hip hop music, speed throughout the parking lot, run the stop signs, smoke weed on their patios, work on their loud cars all the time, and, the way the units are build is not conducive to a positive living environment. My neighbor's garage is directly under my bedroom. They open and close the garage at all hours of the night and early morning making a decent night's sleep impossible as it wakes me up every time it opens and closes (2am, 4am, 5am, 530am, etc)

Too expensive

It's a great location. It's pretty quiet. The neighbors are quite friendly. The office staff are really nice. The community is clean. The pets are contained and not running around. The landscaping is beautiful. The apts/townhomes are spacious and beautiful.

Overall the apartment complex is the best I have lived at. However, the speed bumps leave something to be desired. They are very jarring even when going over them slowly. They are constantly lifting on one side or the other with the spike rising up risking my tires. When one speed bump does end up eventually getting displaced, they just replace it with the same wish.com speed bumps we have. They are awful. I am all for speed bumps to slow down drivers in the complex but these are triangles that are poorly installed rather than a lasting decent speed bump and they are everywhere in the complex. Even trying to leave the complex where you would slow down you hit one of these. (That particular one seems very poorly placed.)

It's a quiet place to live

It has some nice amenities but it’s very expensive for an apartment.

It is just the overall experience and great staff.

Recently, I have noticed a lot more trash on the ground around the trash cans. I understand your maintenance crew is short handed. However, this type of trash/waste can bring in rodents.
