Parking, Parking, Parking I cannot stress it more, I always find it difficult to park. I guess you cannot fix the toilet flush sounds. At this point I doubt if I recommend any.

Convience and location is good for living

The community was very nice and well kept, and the employees there were very professional.

Outstanding service from the staff and the facilities are well kept.

I would recommend this apartment community because of the responsive staff and the quality of the apartments in relationship to the amount of rent you are paying. I would suggest that the apartment community needs to update their amenities in the gym and the grill area to stay competitive with other apartments in the Energy Corridor.

Although the apartments were great, the leasing professional did not get me excited about living there. She was a sweet person, but she did not put any enthusiasm into the tour.

I hear horror stories about other apts and I've had absolutely no problems living here. The apts are nice and relatively new. It's safe, quiet, and reasonably priced. What's not to like?

There is no play area for kids. There is lot of space in the apartment where a play area can be put up. This would be a big deal for families with kids trying to move in. Please consider putting up a play area in the apartment

with the roaches and sub-standard construction quality/fixtures - NO WAY.

Noisy neighbors. Not enough parking. Screaming children always at the pool.

Management is bad after they got you money

It's the roaches and silverfish.

The sewer has backed up into the parking lot repeatedly for over 6 months and it still isn't fixed...

Apartment need to increase lighting near the entrance and near buildings, there are multiple dark spots in nights and it does not provide a very comfortable atmosphere to walk around late nights.
