They think for what I pay compared to what I have, not worth it.

We did, did we ever get the referal bonus, nope they came up with some excuse not to pay. Oh she has looked here once before so you dont get the bonus. But did she move in the first time she looked NO, did she move in when we told her it was nice YES! So we will never recommend again just to be lied to again!!!

The community is quiet and the apartment is nice other than the ants and the parking.

I love the layout of my apartment and would recommend it to others, but if they were looking for any sort of community experience I would not recommend it.

Francesca made me feel welcomed from the beginng, she had a great personality and attitude. She really tried to help me visualize my furniture in the space. She talked about differnt placements of furniture. When I brought up the paint she was willing to have one wall in each room painted for me before I moved in. She offered to help pick out the colors of the paint and decorating ideas. As we walked throuh she also pointed out key features, such as the porch area, and washer and dryer convience. Francesca covered just about all the bases of the community and floor plan without me having to ask. I left there a satisfied potential customer.
