I have seen competitive properties with a cleaner, more open environment and better amentiies. Chandler Park as an example and right down the street. The landscaping at Marquis is sub-par except for the entrance which is nice.

The community amenities were attractive as well as clean. I was not impressed by the lasing professional, but my first impression of the community was very positive. I would recommend the property to friends and family.

Not a good experience- Avoid coming to Marquis
I am currently living in Marquis apartment. The service and facility provided by staff is not good compared to price you pay. Director Kathy doesn't know what is happening in the apartment.
I am sorry you feel that my service is not satisfactory for you. Please help me understand what I can do to provide you with better service and make your experience with Marquis good. I welcome all your comments.

- No proper action on the complaints where health of family members is associated.

I do not understand why my rent has to go up so much when I am a good tenant. And the parking situation is always bad. But I do like living here as most of the people in my building are friendly.

I actually like the property. The outside was very pretty even though it was raining. The apartment was very nice and it smelled really, really good.

Between the bugs, piles of garbage, not wanting to deal with staff, closure of the pool and raising rent it is unlikely I would be comfortable recommending the apartment complex to anyone.
Our pest control is diligently working with us to provide our residents with the best service possible. The pool was closed due to replastering to keep the property repaired. We are sorry you do not find value in our updated fitness center, new barbeque pit areas around the pool and additional pool furniture. We appreciate your input and will do everything we can to give you the best service.

The biggest downside is the lack of visitor parking for the back part of the complex.
