Most of the people I know are in the salary range that I am. They think it's ridiculous now that I pay rent instead of buying with the same dollars.

I would have recommended the apartments to friends and colleagues a year ago but after recent experiences I will not. For the same rent, I will receive a much higher level of service at nearby properties.
Let this staff show you how effective our service is with our residents. We will work diligently to make you feel you are the most important person when you walk thru the door or call us for service. I would recommend this apartment for the neat house plans, walk area, recently with the service requests being cleared in a much faster and efficient way. I would probably not recommend this apartment for the rent (I agree that it is nominal for this area) and for the officials, not so friendly as to be.

There are roaches and ants in the apartment and nothing has been done.

My visit was memorable. I enjoyed walking the property and everyone was very friendly. I would definitely recommend someone to move there. The agents are nice, and the customer service was amazing. I definitely would love to actually live here.

I do not have any complaints. My issue in the past was the parking situation but I have leased a carport and am very happy now. When I have company though I have to move my car to an open space and give them my carport space to make sure there will be a place to park if we leave to go someplace.

While the apartments at Marquis have always been really nice, it is evident that not enough thought/money/resources has gone into landscaping the community well. It lacks enough greenery or artistic landscaping. The community on the whole is very plain looking

Perhaps you can give us some insight on where the areas are too plain. Let us know if there is anything else we can do to make your living experience a happy one.

This property is adequate for a small family or single professional who doesn't want high end amenities. Compared to the neighborhood I think the rates are fair for the value.

The community amenities are constantly breaking down. Treadmil, pool, pool lights, speed bump.

In the fitness center we added 3 new pieces of equipment, bike, elliptical, and treadmill.
We also added 2 flat screen tv's. We added 2 new barbeque grills at the pool. We have purchase a new timer for the hot tub. We are in the process of re-plastering the pool. We replaced the dumpsters front wood gates with metal gates for support. There are other
things schedule this year as well. I hope we can change your mind about the community.

There is no play area for the kids. Even though it is a big apartment community, lack of play area for kids makes it not so desirable community for families with kids
