It is ok, it is average. If I have to recommend this apartments to not very demanding friend I would definitely recommend it. The good thing is that you offer good space apartments for almost same price of other smaller ones.

Only reasons why I would not - it is older with older appliances and thermostat with limited resident parking (unless you pay more) and not a lot of visitor spots with few dumpsters and for the same price you could stay at a newer complex with equal or better amenities right around this location. Otherwise Ive liked living here and enjoy the community and feel safe.

Love this place if only I did not live in front of the trash compactor. The staff is great, maintenance crew is outstanding but trash cleanliness is a zero

You get what you pay for. The community is very nice and most of my neighbors in the community are good honest and friendly people. The staff are always helpful and nice. Security and safety are a priority here. I really feel at home here and hope that this place stays affordable for people like me that are trying to raise a family in a nice community on a budget income. I am very satisfied.

I 'm actually living in front of a dumpster and don't understand why people leave garbage outside of them especially Mondays and Tuesdays when they are supposedly empty. The community is nice and quite, I would recommend it to people who are looking for a peaceful enviornment.

I would have leased based mainly on the community. The community was very nice. The amenities were well maintained throughout the community. The leasing agent was pleasant.
