The community was presented in a very pleasing and positive manner. I felt as though the agents who I encountered were both interested in making certain that I made a well-informed decision about my new apartment. I was given several details on what was available from each floor plan, as well as shown the very nice amenities.

Recommend for good school zone. For families that don't have this dependency, there are better apartments at a competitive rental rate.

If you have children, this is a good place due to the elementary school (Barbara Bush) and this is a big draw; they almost rezoned this area out of the school last year. I am older and my children grown so my friends like a quieter area.

Better security, far too many incidents.

As a real customer, I would lease there based on the floor plan, the amenities, feature, staff, rental rate, and community presentation.

With new renters in the building there is more trash and noise.

I did not really have an opinion about the property since I did not view it.
