Apartment Review from a Current Renter
Rent is high for an older apartment - could get same floor plan, maybe better interior/features for the same price in a newer apartment. Parking is a nightmare - no visitor spots, and would have to pay extra for a parking space unless you want to walk very far all the time.

The community appearance, amenities and customer service was very well presented. The leasing professional seemed to be very happy about the company he worked for and not just where he worked. The apartment met all my needs and had large closets and spacious living areas. The Jacuzzi was also a great extra amenity that you do not see too much anymore. I could definitely see myself living there.

I loved the community amenities and how well the grounds were kept. The rent was a bit high but this is one of the few communities that was actually worth the money they were asking.

This community was located in a great area with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was also close to Westheimer Road, which had everything to offer. The leasing professional was engaging and I would recommend this community to others.

Lack of visitor parking/parking in general, high rent for an older complex when they could pay the same rent for a newer apartment.

It appeared to be a great place to live with not a lot of noise or traffic. The apartments were nicely structured and provided an efficiently flowing floor plan. What I especially liked was that a security system was offered to every resident within the community. The leasing professional was great and I would refer this community to others.
