14th building has the dirtiest stairway
14th building has dirtiest stareway of all...complained multiple times to clean it and no luck.
Still waiting for this to happen... I will post an update when this is done.

The staff that I interacted with were very professional and nice. The pool area was really trendy and I would be proud to have an event in that area. The upkeep of the property was nice. The apartment offered a lot of current amenities and had a very home like feel. The community is located in an area that offers a lot of places to shop and eat. I would want to lease an apartment home in that community.

I will not recommend this property, not because of the service rendered, but lack of parking and very strict parking rules. If I have an unexpected guess, they will not have anywhere to park because the towing company comes every night to tow away nonresident cars. There are not nearly enough visitors parking to accommodate such a huge property.

I would not recommend this community to my friends or co-workers based on my experience. I am a level headed person and seem to give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I simply cannot here. I will be giving my notice and leaving the second my lease is up.

I would recommend this community, my only concern, as I've stated in the past, is the parking. My problem is abated for now, but I will have to deal with it again soon.

I would recommend it to anyone looking to a place that is not too expensive that has very good amenities and where the neighbors are all pretty friendly.

-Most office staffs are nice and friendly.
-All service maintenance staffs (new maintenance director and staffs) are great. It would be nice to know all their names.
They are courteous and professional. It is nice to see their presence throughout the day including weekends keeping the community safe and clean.
Special thanks to their work trying to keep the dumpster area organized.
-The neighbors I know are nice. They are friendly and respectful to others.

-Dumpster areas are not clean
I believe this mostly residents' fault. They throw away large garbage including furniture inside the dumpster, leaving no room for regular garbage. Also, residents place garbage outside the dumpster. (are they too lazy to place them in the dumpster?)
Appreciate the hard work maintenance staffs are providing to keep the areas clean.
-Some residents have noisy dogs
