The community was average and the leasing professional was friendly.

My impression visiting this property was a positive one. Based off everything I seen today, if I were in the market for a new home, I would rent. The apartment has a very open layout and all the other amenities are good for the price.

The community came highly recommended. The community had a lot of perks that were not generally found in apartment communities, such as the back yards and extra large patios. The community was centrally located in the energy corridor. It was easily accessible to major shopping, entertainment and restaurants.

One has to tolerate a LOT of children.
The "green space" is so nice (courtyards, grassy areas)

The community has been great, aside from the absolute lack of parking available. I find it a little ridiculous that I pay so much for rent on a monthly basis, but also have to pay for parking just to make sure that I have a spot when I get home from work.

I went into the apartment clubhouse/office and I asked for a parking sticker as mine peeled off and they asked me to pay them $25 and I don't see that documented ANYWHERE in my lease agreement and the gentleman who sits in Chris's spot was completely not interested in trying to help me. Upon emailing the manager, I have not gotten any feedback or reparations in regards to my experience. I will NOT be extending my lease due to how I was treated.

Overall, a great place to live with kind staff and maintenance members.

I think I would recommend it on the basis of the apartment itself and the staff being nice but the guest parking and the thin walls is a huge negative

The community was very well kept, landscaping and all. The office layout was not as inviting since the leasing desk was hidden to the side. I loved the model homes that were great at selling themselves. The agent was well prepared with answers to all the questions and hesitations I shared. I was very impressed by the floor plans and how they were designed to make an apartment feel like a home not a shoe box.

Would not because there's not enough parking. School rezoned. Garbage situation makes the apartment look like a slum.

The school is not part of Barbara bush elementry any more. hence we have to vacate this place and so there are about 100 such residents who would. What is surprising is that a new community which is just come up near marquis is part of the school.

i always tell ppl where i live and how nice it is and i never have problems with my car or apt or the apt ppl. the nicest apts i have lived in here in houston
