I think this apartment complex might cater to the younger, college aged crowd, so in that respect, I would recommend this complex to that age group. However for working adults, I would not recommend this complex.

Parking is obnoxioius for guests. Expensive. Rather inconvenient location (takes a bit of time to reach a highway) unless you work in this area.

I would recommend the apartment but would definitely advise about various break-ins in the parking garage. Also, there seems to be a lot of random things that keep happening like the fire in the trash chute. I'm not sure if the complex is not as secure as it use to be or if these are just random acts.

Amenities and features are up to date and modern

The location is a touch remote for most people I know.

The rent is kind of expensive and there are some safety issues here (even though now days everywhere is unsafe).

Good location, apartment value exceeds that of others in the area and safe community with professionals and families. I have recommended to several people, however; they did not move in because their was no availability the time they needed it.

I think it's great that the new management decided to add trash cans in the parking garage and near the elevators, but I've found them to be a HORRIBLE addition to the property. It completely disgusts me that people think that just because there is a trash can on the way to your car- means your kitchen garbage goes in that bin. The overflowing garbage and smell makes me hate my decision to move in. I find the new management staff to be just "okay"- not people I care to interact with more than I have to. Since the new take over I have tried numerous times to register to their online system to pay my rent that way only to receive error messages and to address a leasing agent. When I told whoever the guy is in the main office (really didn't care to learn his name) he acted like I was complete idiot who just discovered the internet for the first time and was like "Well was this the webpage you pulled up.... did you enter your email address in this box...did you spell your name correctly....I don't know what to tell you, it should work." Very helpful. Fingers crossed he receives employee of the month!! After the new takeover I put in a request for my bathroom plug outlets to be fixed (after calling several times to get it acknowledged) and absolutely love their signs of commitment to a 24 hour service turn around...after 2 and a half months I'm still waiting on my outlets to be fixed! Overall, this is a great place to live if your expectations are low and you can breeze by without having to rely on the management for doing their jobs!

Strong. I'm currently recommending it to two friends who are looking for a place to live near the Galleria.

There is often trash and dog feces in the hallways, which is gross. Also, there are too many loud, disrespectful tenants living in the community. I cannot even begin to count how many night I have been kept awake or worken up to loud, obnoxious people at midnight, 1:00 am, 2:00 am, etc. The rent is way too overpriced for tenants to not have a nice community to live in.

I have recommendes this property to a friend and he and his girlfriend moved in but as of late I have noticed that the people have changed. You can tell because the parking garage, trash dispenser and the grounds have been riddled with trash and debris.

Amenities are great & the upkeep of the premises is in general very good. Rent is reasonable and fair. I like my apartment--upon moving in I was the very first occupant and so far so good.

The ceiling/floor space is thin; either that or the people that live above me walk entirely too hard.

Not worth the cost. They can rent a home for this amount or just live in a two bedroom for $675-1000. The environment/expectations would be the same. Does not reflect a midrise by any standards in my opinion. This price is about location...not value.

Based on the new staff I would recommend, but based on the residents I come across , I wouldn't.
