My experience was outstanding. When I looked at the very front of the building, it seemed like a basic place to live. However, the colors and furnishings inside the office area started to set the property apart from others. The pool area was awesome and the red chairs brought out the ambiance of relaxation at its best. Having enough parking for guests was a winner. The prices of the apartments were a very pleasant surprise. I thought the prices would be much more. The apartments were updated and modern and the floor plans delivered a lot. The leasing agent was awesome when it came to meeting my needs.

Avoid if you like a peaceful environment
Think twice before staying here. It is a quiet community during the week but becomes a party house during the weekend. Loud parties by the pool. Residents screaming on their decks all night. Music played at all hours. Feels like I am back in college.
Parking is a nightmare as most spaces are very narrow.

This was a nice, well cared for community that I would enjoy living in. The leasing professional was very pleasant and provided me with a detailed presentation. I would refer my friends to this community.

The previous office staff seemed to be more interested in community building. It seemed to be shown in their tenant selection and their involvement and conduct in the events that were held. I don't want to come across too negative. The new staff is good. Addressing these few issues would make the place great instead of just good.

The only compliant I have is neighbors leaving trash in the hallways. Not something I want to walk by on a regular basis.

This was a very nice apartment community. Everything offered was really nice from the business center to the fitness center. The entertainment center that was available to rent for a party or gathering was also really nice. The apartment I toured was one of the smaller ones, but it was really spacious. The apartments were equipped with updated appliances as well.

The apartments themselves are spacious and have nice appliances and finishes. Overall a good value in terms of quality and area. Unfortunately some residents can be inconsiderate when it comes to noise, trash, and parking garage driving.

I loved the swimming pool view from the apartment. Everything looked nice and clean and they had a nice staff.
