Trash is very inconvenient. I live on the end of the apartment and have to walk a very long way to get to a trash bin. I also think that the hallways are gross, and people do leave trash out in front of their apartments often.

Gates are broken quite frequently; guest floors parking is not honored. Water usage allocation recently became unfair; my water bill suddenly went up by almost $10 for no apparent reason. The leasing agent just said "maybe people are using more." Additionally, I discussed this increase with neighbors that live in a 2 bedroom and they said they did not see any increase.

I would recommend because it's a nicer place in the area and if you are looking for something new and decently priced in the galleria area it is a good choice.

I would recommend our specific 4th floor, corner apartment, but I have heard from others that noise from neighbors is a horrible problem.

often, security gate is out of service, but not try to repair it.

very noisy air conditioning units, gates are broken and business office is not operational. Fax, Printer, copy machine are not working. Grill does not get cleaned. Pool rules have never been enforced. Patrons bring glass containers to the pool.

Caliber of some residents is not of same standard as when we moved in.
