Horrific
I've lived in this complex for 3 months and have experienced the most injustice I have experienced in my life. The entire CWS corporate office displays the same mental attittude as the property management team. I would not recommend this community to my worst enemy.I chose this property because of their seemingly upscale reputation. It was a huge lie. My vehicle was towed unfairly twice (with proper parking stickers) totaling more than $600 in costs. For the monthly amount of money paid per tenant, the least they can do is give a courtesy email and call before choosing to tow your vehicle. Not to mention the tow company of choice damaged my vehicle which cost an additional $800. And their response? "Theres nothing we can do" This is a personal warning, if you are choosing this community in any area of the US DO NOT spend your money here.
We appreciate your feedback and are very sorry that your vehicle was towed. The towing is in place to ensure that residents have a place to park on their living level. All guests or extra vehicles should park on the 5th and 6th levels and all parking permits must to be properly displayed so that the towing company knows you are a resident. Towing is never a fun experience and certainly not one we wish upon our own residents, unfortunately unless the parking permit is properly displayed we have no way of knowing if the vehicle belongs to a resident. First Apartment and I LOVE it!
As a recent graduate from the University of Houston, I was ready to finally move from home and experience my own apartment. Marq On Voss has given me everything I need and more. It's a beautiful complex! The management team is great and Ellie in the front office made me feel so welcome. I have been here for over 6 months now, and as a woman living alone, I have never felt unsafe. There is a HPD curtesy officer who is also a resident and always quick to respond if there is a noise complaint. Due to the fact that the units have hardwood upstairs, that is the only down side. You can hear your neighbors above you. Other than that, it's great and I would recommend to anyone looking for chic and affordable in this area.

The architecture of this property is amazing. I really liked the look and cleanliness of the landscaping. The amenities are laid out around the office with an open atmosphere. The different floor plans gives a lot of choices. The customer service is impeccable.
