The two-bedroom had a spacious floorplan. The community was well maintained and they offer a 30-day guarantee if you were unhappy with your move.

roaches everywhere. slow maintenance. exit gate broken all the time.

There are some unpleasant residents that detract from the quality of the building. Loud cars, car alarms, trash left in the garage and around the facilities, and residents bringing several friends+children around the pool splashing around, un-approved/scheduled birthday parties taking over half of the pool, and more. It's not exactly the most relaxed place, but I enjoy it for myself. If someone was looking for an apartment in this specific area, I may recommend it, but wouldn't be able to avoid telling them about some of my complaints (mostly expressed in an above question/response).

I wouldn’t recommend because there is trash everywhere

The leasing professional led me on a very informative tour and presented the community with obvious pride. I felt as if all of my needs were being considered.

Not a detailed place, patch work is very basic and obvious.

I would recommend this apartment because it’s a good value for the area and is relatively quiet.

I wish the stairwells and halls were cleaner. People leave their trash in the stairwell connected to the parking garage all of the time. That stairwell looks dirty and the walls could use some paint. Maybe management could add trashcans to each floor.

I would recommend because apartment homes are nice and grounds are well-kept.

I am very disappointed at my experience with another Marquis property. I understand that this is a large property but the individual attention given here at the Voss property is nothing like the Memorial property management. I have an accruing balance on my account that shouldn’t be there and no one seems to know how to remove it. Maintenance is slow. I am just not happy here. My rent increased and my apartment is no as nice as the Memorial layout. Needless to Date I will not be renewing my lease.
